Yearbook Prices
If your school’s total sales—including sitting fees and photo orders—exceed $2,000, we will prepare one set of senior portraits for the yearbook, either formal attire or cap and gown, at no charge. Otherwise, the fee is $10 per student image, $5 per staff image.
A second yearbook set, allowing the school to receive both formal and cap-and-gown portraits, is only $499. This fee is waived when total school sales exceed $3,000.
Preparation services include, but are not limited to:
- Cropping each image according to your school’s yearbook size specifications.
- Aligning all portraits consistently, with students’ eyes positioned at the same level.
- Professionally retouching each image to achieve the best possible appearance.
- Correcting color, brightness, and image density as needed.
- Placing all portraits on a consistent background selected by your school.
- Sending the completed files directly to your school’s yearbook editor by email.
- Preparing and adding additional yearbook images within 24 hours when necessary.
